Career Title: MVAC Engineer

Qualification and Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Design
• Understanding mechanical drawing: Concept, Tender, Design, Shop, Detail drawing and other concerned
• Understanding mechanical work: single spit AC, multi spit AC, copper pipe with insulation, ducting, piping, fan and car park system …, Fire sprinkler, Fire hose reel, Fire extinguisher, Dry riser and Fire department connection system
• Good interpersonal skill, have negotiation skill, Ability to analysis problems, Ability to work independently,
• Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
• Computer literacy and especially Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD (2D, 3D), etc.
• Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design the MVAC layout drawing and prepare calculation note
• Revise MVAC drawing follow comment from MEP manager
• Prepare the material specification
• Check and prepare material submission
• Check and prepare method of statement
• Prepare material comparison
• Supervise installation and inspection with client
• Check quality of DIP pipe, Steel pipe, Stainless steel pipe and HDPE pipe, Motor, Pump.
• Prepare report in and out of material
• Supervise and control all material
