Career Title: Senior Architect

Qualification and Skills Required

• Degree in architecture and other equivalent degree.
• At least 3 years experienced in architectural design & site or similar position.
• Be able to use application (AutoCAD 2D,3D, Google Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office, AUTODESK Revit).
• Being pro-active & team work in the delivery of tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer.
• Being honest, friendly, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation (mastered the art of persuasion), problem solving skills, and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans with knowledge of Coordination.
• Able to assess project plans and specifications to identify architectural flaws, approve or recommend changes in design.
• Evaluate design specifications Selected and procure suitable materials or equipment to Coordinate smooth work for Construction.
• Lead and mentor construction, design, and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensuring Commitment, team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals
