Career Title: Stock Controller

Qualification and Skills Required

• At least finished high school, association degree is advantage;
• Experience with stock is preferable;
• Can read and write Khmer, English is advantage;
• Have knowledge of construction and MEP materials/tools/equipment/accessories
• Can work as rotation shift (night shift or day shift);
• Be able to use Computer in MS. Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail is a preferable
• Being able to work in team and good time management;
• Being honest, high commitment, hard-working, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic;
• Being able to travel to sites/province or mobilize.
• Strong in Khmer/English language both verbal and written
• Good at MS Office and Internet/Email

Roles and Responsibilities

• Check all PR by Intranet System;
• Prepare materials and delivery schedule to site;
• Booking truck to deliver Technicians & Workers;
• Prepare maintenance and repairing request work;
• Receive materials arrived CW by checking detail the Quality, Quantity, Brand, Spec; …
• Store materials in a proper place by category & Spec;
• Booking all transaction into Intranet System correctly;
• Keep warehouse and materials tidy and clean;
• Do partial weekly physical stock count and completely monthly physical stock count;
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Stock Report and Stock Damage & Repairing Report;
• Others tasks assigned by Direct/Indirect Manager.
