Ground Breaking Ceremony of Project One18 Apartment Residences

Located in lot 70, Street 118, Sangkat Mittapheap, Khan 7 Makara, “The One18 Apartment Residences” is a 24 stories condominium. The conceptual architecture is designed by Aedas, while the structural, MEP and detail architecture are designed by the local consultant SOMA Construction & Development Co., Ltd (SMCD). This morning we have celebrated the ground breaking ceremony to commence the work of Retaining Wall and Bored Piles, which awarded to Biaxis ( Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
