Workshop about Company Culture

SMCD held an internal workshop to proclaim our core value and company culture to our employees on 28/08/2016. It was such a FAMILY event for sharing ideas and getting to know each other more.
Our must-to-have core value of SMCDer goes with “The Same of Mindset, Culture, Development goal, and Ethical Responsibilities”. The culture of SMCD goes to “Strategy, Management, Communication and Development”. Thanks to our CEO that makes us to feel warmth of SMCD family. We are proud to be SMCDer !!!
