Unleashing leadership of both women and men in workplace is one of our responsibilities in SMCD’s philosophy. SMCD strongly believes in this conviction and tackle the gender inequality problem by encouraging women in our workplace to be ambitious in her roles, aim high- and to get the best out of their talent. All in all, we hopefully to have more women in meeting room for every management discussion and to hear their voices more often.
