Happy International Human Rights Day

December 10th, is International Human Rights Day in Cambodia annually and throughout the world. This year, we celebrate the 71st anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights under the theme, Youth Standing Up for Human Rights.
In this commemorative occasion, SMCD, as a private institution, would like to extend our heartfelt respect to this anniversary and for all people around the globe.
Human rights are relevant to all of us every day and thus lets stand up for our rights and those of others !
