SMCD family had a great day with our small seminar Knowing Company & Knowing Staff. Our CEO, Dr. Chea Chandara sent critical messages to address the importance of TEAM work and how to achieve it. The seminar captured as well to make staff aware of their involvement as a shareholder in company. Simply, staff is a shareholder of physical and idea while company is the capital initiative. All in all, each individual is a cell of company for the same goal which accountable to the benefit
of each staff afterwards. Given chances to express their ideas, our staff shared their opinion on the TEAM Work, The STRENGTH and WEAKNESS of Company,
